The data is accessible only to authorised personnel and the technical service providers responsible for hosting and transmitting the message. It is neither sold nor used for advertising.
Retention period
Messages are kept until the enquiry has been resolved and then only for the time required to manage the resulting relationship, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
